1.Website operator and scope

This Website is operated by Dhiraj Ashok Bhole under the proprietorship MiintFiino Financial Services.

AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. ARN Holder: Dhiraj Ashok Bhole. ARN: 312634.

These Terms govern use of the Website and its enquiry facilities. Separate accepted engagement terms, application documents and provider terms govern services and transactions.

2.Website use and service requests

Please use the Website lawfully and read these Terms before submitting an enquiry.

Submitting a form, requesting a callback or discussing a service does not by itself: create a paid engagement; authorise an investment or financial transaction; authorise a tax return or other filing; or guarantee an appointment, account opening or acceptance of a service request.

An engagement begins when its scope and relevant terms are accepted by both parties. Any fees, required documents and responsibilities will be communicated separately.

3.Our mutual fund distribution role

MiintFiino operates as a mutual fund distributor. This Website does not offer SEBI-registered investment-advisory or portfolio-management services.

Any personalised mutual fund guidance provided in a client interaction is incidental to our distribution activity and is subject to relevant suitability discussions and applicable requirements.

AMFI registration does not guarantee investment performance or constitute regulatory approval of this Website or every statement made on it.

4.Educational information

Website articles, examples, calculators and general explanations are for information and education. They do not constitute an instruction to purchase, redeem or switch a particular investment.

Examples and projections depend on their stated assumptions. They cannot fully represent future returns, inflation, taxes, costs or changes in your circumstances.

Tax and compliance content is general information. Its application depends on current law and your particular facts.

Before acting, obtain assistance appropriate to your needs and review relevant official documents.

5.Investment risks

Mutual fund values fluctuate. Investors may lose part or all of the amount invested. Past performance and illustrative projections do not guarantee future results.

A Systematic Investment Plan does not guarantee a profit or protect against losses.

A Systematic Withdrawal Plan involves redemption of units. Withdrawals may reduce or exhaust the corpus and are not guaranteed interest or assured income.

Returns, expenses, taxation, exit loads, liquidity and other conditions vary between schemes and may change. Read the relevant Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum, Statement of Additional Information and subsequent updates before investing.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.

6.Distribution commissions and service charges

Mutual fund investments distributed through MiintFiino are offered through regular plans. Distribution commissions may be received through the relevant distribution arrangement.

Regular plans include distribution-related expenses and generally have higher expense ratios than equivalent direct plans. Relevant commission information and conflicts of interest will be disclosed as required.

Charges for tax, accountancy or business-compliance services are separate from mutual fund distribution commissions. Applicable fees, taxes, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be communicated before accepting a paid engagement.

7.External platforms and NJ E-Wealth

The NJ E-Wealth link is an external account-opening facility. It is not an appointment-booking service or a platform owned by MiintFiino.

Account opening and transactions are subject to the provider's eligibility rules, verification, documents, terms and operational processes. Following the link does not guarantee acceptance or confirm that any investment is suitable for you.

MiintFiino cannot guarantee an independent provider's availability, processing time or transaction outcome. This does not exclude responsibilities we retain under law or an agreed service.

Other external links, including LinkedIn, Substack and Google Maps, are subject to their respective terms.

8.Tax, accountancy and compliance engagements

The scope of each engagement must be agreed separately.

You are responsible for supplying complete, accurate and timely information, disclosing relevant facts and reviewing documents presented for your confirmation.

We will communicate the scope of assistance and any material limitations. You should inform us promptly of errors, missing information or changes in circumstances.

Refunds, tax positions, registrations and approvals depend on applicable law and decisions of the relevant authorities. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

Missing records, delayed authorisation or portal outages may affect completion times. We will communicate material issues affecting an agreed engagement. This clause does not excuse a failure by MiintFiino to exercise the care required by law or the engagement.

9.Payments and cancellation

Use only payment instructions confirmed through our official contact details.

Cancellation and refund arrangements for a paid service will be agreed separately. Any assessment should account for work completed, agreed third-party costs and unused advances, subject to applicable law.

These Terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule or replace an accepted service agreement.

Investment payments must follow the authorised provider's process. Do not send investment money to an account represented as MiintFiino's merely because you receive an unsolicited message.

10.Your responsibilities

You must not: impersonate another person or submit information without authority; use the Website for fraud, spam or unlawful activity; interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access; upload malicious material; or copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Do not submit passwords, one-time passwords, identity documents or bank details through the public enquiry form.

Service requests concerning a minor must be made through a parent or lawful guardian. Representatives must have appropriate authority.

11.Privacy

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically provide consent to marketing or authorise unrelated use of personal information.

12.Intellectual property

The MiintFiino name, logo and original content belong to MiintFiino or their respective rights holders. Third-party content remains subject to its owner's rights.

You may access content for personal informational use. Commercial reproduction or misleading use of our identity requires permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

13.Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with Website content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current at all times.

Please report material errors or broken links so they can be reviewed.

To the extent permitted by law, MiintFiino is not responsible for losses too remote from our actions or caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer rights and applicable regulatory obligations remain unaffected.

14.Complaints and governing law

Please first contact MiintFiino with sufficient details of your concern. We will review it and explain the appropriate next steps. Relevant statutory and regulatory complaint mechanisms remain available.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra may hear disputes where legally permissible. This does not restrict rights to approach a consumer commission, regulator or another forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

15.Changes

We may update these Terms and display the revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically alter an existing engagement without the agreement or notice required by law.
