AMFI Registration
MiintFiino Financial Services is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor. Our AMFI Registration Number (ARN) is ARN-312634. This registration authorises us to distribute mutual fund schemes on behalf of Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Our ARN is valid and subject to periodic renewal as required by AMFI.
Not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser
MiintFiino Financial Services is a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA). As an MFD, we are permitted to distribute mutual fund products and earn commissions from AMCs. We are not authorised to provide fee-based investment advice under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. If you require personalised investment advice, we recommend consulting a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
Commission & Compensation Transparency
As a Mutual Fund Distributor, we earn commissions (trail commission and/or upfront commission) from Asset Management Companies when you invest in regular plans of mutual fund schemes through us. These commissions are paid by the AMC and are embedded in the expense ratio of the regular plan. You do not pay us directly for mutual fund distribution services. The commission structure varies by AMC and scheme. Investing through a direct plan (without a distributor) will result in a lower expense ratio and potentially higher returns over time. We will disclose specific commission details on request.
Tax & Compliance Services — Scope Limitation
MiintFiino Financial Services provides tax filing assistance and business compliance support services. We do not hold Chartered Accountant (CA) credentials and are not a CA firm. Our tax and compliance services are limited in scope and do not constitute professional CA, legal, or audit services. For complex tax matters, statutory audits, or legal advice, we recommend engaging a qualified Chartered Accountant or legal professional.

No Guaranteed Returns
We do not guarantee any specific returns on mutual fund investments. Any projections, illustrations, or examples of potential returns shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not a promise or guarantee of future performance. Actual returns will vary based on market conditions, the specific scheme, and the investment period.
Conflict of Interest
As an MFD earning commissions from AMCs, there is an inherent potential conflict of interest in our recommendations. We are committed to recommending schemes that are appropriate for your financial goals and risk profile, and not solely on the basis of commission rates. We will disclose the commission we earn on any scheme upon request.

KYC Requirement
KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance is mandatory for all mutual fund investors. Investors must complete KYC through a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency (KRA) before investing. We will assist you with the KYC process as part of our onboarding.
